Benner Commerce Park Open for Business!
After five years in planning and development the CCIDC has completed the infrastructure construction for Phases I and II of Benner Commerce Park and is ready to welcome additional business tenants.
Located at the I-99 & Route 150 Interchange, with lots from 5 to 15 acres, Benner Commerce Park is a mixed-use business park zoned light and campus industrial to accommodate a variety of compatible businesses within a corporate campus setting.
