Pennsylvania Regional Economic Development Partnership (PREP)

The CCIDC participates in the Pennsylvania Regional Economic Partnership (PREP) as a member of the Central Region PREP.  The Central Region PREP encompasses ten Central Pennsylvania counties, three Small Business Development Centers (SBDC), an Industrial Modernization Center (IMC), the Northeast PA Industrial Resource Center (NEPIRC) and SEDA-Council of Government who, in addition to providing a variety of services, serves as the coordinator of the Partnership.

The Partnership's mission is to provide businesses with local liaisons to address their needs through a "no wrong door" initiative.  Participating organizations act as  sources of assistance and/or referrals to service providers able to assist with needs including:  financing, exporting assistance, production challenges, energy and environmental issues, certification for minority or woman-owned businesses, government procurement, business development, business expansions, and workforce development.
